A. If you are not happy with your purchase from our website please contact us within 7 days of the date on your receipt. We will be happy to exchange it or apply credit for future purchases. If you would like to exchange or return an item, email us with an explanation of the problem. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send items back until you receive instructions from us. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
A. We will ship your order within 2-3 business days from the day we receive it, unless the product is on backorder. The arrival time will depend on your location and which shipping option you choose.

Q. What are your shipping methods?
A. We ship everything through the US Postal Service with First Class or Priority Mail. If you would like another method, please ask and we will arrange it.

Q. How do I provide the correct size for my Mother's Bracelet or Family Bracelet?
A. One method is to measure a bracelet that you already own from end to end. Another way is to measure your wrist and add 1 inch to that number for a loose fit or add 3/4 inch for a snug fit. This is your bracelet size.

Q. What if I order my Mother's Bracelet or Family Bracelet in the wrong size?
A. It is important that you give us an accurate measurement for your bracelet. For a $10 charge (per strand) plus shipping, we can rebuild a bracelet for you once we receive the original bracelet back. Please contact us via email before returning a bracelet for resizing.

Q. How do I provide the correct size for my Child's Name Bracelet?
A. Measure the child's wrist and add about 1/4 to 1/2 inch.

Q. What can I do if my Mother's Bracelet, Family Bracelet or Child's Name Bracelet breaks?
A. Our Personalized Bracelet's are created to not only look good but to hold up well. We use the finest components and craftsmanship in making your bracelet. We are confident in our Personalized Bracelets and as a result, we offer a 60 day warranty on all bracelets that are sold from our website. If it should ever break due to a fault of our own, we will fix it free of charge as long as you return all or most of the original bracelet. There will be a small charge for missing components. Please e-mail us explaining the situation and we'll provide instructions on how to handle the return.
If the bracelet breaks due to an accident on your part, we will be happy to fix it for $10 (per strand) plus postage. Again, you should e-mail us at the address mentioned above and explain the situation. We'll provide instructions on how to process the return.
We reserve the right to determine (by inspection of the bracelet) whether the breakage appears to be due to an inherent problem in our product or design.

Q. How do I clean my silver jewelry?
A. Sterling silver tarnishes naturally and requires occasional cleaning. Storing your jewelry in a plastic bag when not in use will slow down the tarnishing process. Silver is best cleaned with a soft, chemically treated buffing cloth. Do NOT use a silver jewelry cleaning solution and avoid water contact.

Q. What is the difference in the number of strands in beadalon wire?
A. Beadalon offers 3 grades of flexibility - 49 Strand, 19 Strand, and 7 Strand. The numbers 49, 19, and 7 represent the number of strands in each wire. Basicly, the more strands in a wire, the more flexible and kink resistant the wire is. Beadalon wires are softer, more supple, and stronger than any other bead stringing wires on the market. They combine the soft, silky feel of thread with the strength and abrasion resistance of stainless steel. You can increase longevity of your designs by increasing your spacing of beads.
