Open Account FAQ

Q. Can I set up an account and be billed ?
A. We are no longer setting up Open Billing Accounts. All orders must be paid for at the time of sale. This helps to keep our costs and your prices as low as possible.

Q. Our Church already has an Open Credit account, can we order on-line and have you bill us ?
A. For our existing customers with an Open Account, re prefer that you simply e-mail us your order, that way we can more easily acknowledge your order and contact you if we have questions about your order.


Q Can I get my invoice off your web site ?
A. If you placed your order on-line through our e-commerce interface AND you set up an on-line account
with your own password, then you can simply click on the "Check Order Status" button and log in to your account.
If you placed your order over the phone or via e-mail then you will need to request a copy of an old invoice.
