When we ordered the tracks, they said 5 days, but they arrived in one! Amazing shipping time. The tracks were exactly what I ordered. As we used them, they started throwing the metal stiffeners; after 3 months, I
reported it and the company replaced them for me. Amazing service! Tracks have worked extremely well and we're happy with them.
Cons:
The original set threw the stiffener bars but the company replaced them and we have had no more problems

We are very pleased with the product and have recommended it to others. We are also very pleased with Viqan who has provided outstanding service, even calling periodically to see how the tracks are performing.

I manage a small rental yard. Our equipment gets used very hard. When I replace our tracks it is with VIQAN tracks. I have used them on several machines.

Pros:
In my job, when a piece of equipment needs repairs, sometimes everything grinds to a halt while we wait for a part or a tool. When I need it, I need it now. Viqan has never let me down.

Pros:
With shipping to Duvall (Seattle) it was far cheaper than buying from the dealer. Perfect fit, haven't seen any stretching, below normal wear for the hours. Saved money, arrived quickly. Customer service and followup were excellent.

A lot of the surface we use these on are crushed rock - really hard on tracks. These look to be holding up well.
