package that we ship out includes insurance and a tracking number; you can

We do not give refunds; all of our sales are final. The only way that you can get a refund is if you receive your order damaged due to shipping and if that would be the case, the shipping carrier would be the ones to refund you. We do offer a size exchange if you purchased an incorrect size for your uniform or shoes and wish to exchange them for another size. In order to qualify for a size exchange, you will need to contact us within a week of receiving your order and let us know what size you need. You would need to send us the item undamaged to our mailing address and we will charge you an additional shipping and handling fee in order to resend you the correct size, plus if there is a price difference on the sizes, we will also have to charge that fee as well. If we do not have your size in stock, you can pay a small restocking fee to have us get your size in stock as soon as possible. In order to prevent from purchasing an incorrect size we always urge our customers to use the Measurement information that we have provided.
If for some reason the shipping carrier was not able to deliver your order and had to return it back to us, we will then only refund you for the total amount of the items that you had ordered. The shipping and handling fee and taxes will not be refunded. In some cases the shipping carrier will charge us additional fees for shipping the package back to us, therefore we will also have to do the same and charge you an additional shipping fee. In order to prevent from having your order returned to us by the shipping carrier we urge our customers to double check the shipping address that you enter during checkout and make sure it is a valid mailing address. We purchase our products directly from the manufacturers in order to avoid a middleman. In commerce, those who stand between the manufacturer and the retailer or consumer are known as middlemen. Those other websites most likely purchase their products from a middleman and end up paying a lot more for a product than it's worth. In order for a company to purchase products directly from a manufacturer, the company needs to be legalized and be able to provide proof of business to the manufacturing company they wish to purchase from. If you do not have a legal corporation established, then you cannot purchase directly from a manufacturer and would have to end up purchasing from a middleman instead. do not offer free shipping, because there is no such thing as free shipping.
Those other online stores that do offer free shipping end up being a scam
and the customer ends up paying for shipping one way or another regardless

Our Handmade Swords are hand forged and have an extremely sharp blade built for cutting of hard or soft targets. Our Machine-made Swords are not as sharp as the Handmade Swords, but the blades are not dull either.

Machine-made Sword - A Machine-made Sword is a low cost sword that performs well considering the price point. The blades are not as sharp as the Handmade Swords, but the blades are not dull either. The Machine-made Swords are mass produced in factories and even though they are good quality functioning swords, they are mostly made for display purposes. The Machine-made Sword is not made for cutting hard targets and it cannot be taken apart in order to perform customizations, maintenance, and adjustments.
