We are a family owned / operated business. We live in the Heart of the Tennessee Valley, on Keel Mtn in Gurley, AL. We travel to many of the Southern states and POP for several different types of events. We use great recipes to make our wonderful varieties of Hand Popped Kettle Corn. Give us a try. Here is a little history of how Kettle Corn came into being as we've been able to uncover in our research. In the mid-1800's, the concept was developed by a Missouri farmer, who, along with German immigrants, used to pop corn in their large cast iron kettles after a long day of rendering lard from hogs. They would add a sweetener, such as honey, molasses or sugar to popcorn to achieve a special flavor.

Cooking methods may have changed with the times, but Kettle Corn still has that sweet, slightly salty taste we're all addicted to. We have our own secret blend of flavors we use to prepare our Kettle Corn to set ourselves apart from the competition. We use only the best equipment and a Stainless Steel Kettle to insure cleanliness to prepare our Kettle Corn. The aroma from our Kettle Corn cooking brings people in; the taste keeps them coming back for more. The secret is in the cooking method -- something you cannot achieve on a stove, in an air popper, in a microwave, in a conventional popcorn popper, or by any other type of cooking.
