The set is in pristine condition and we’ve used it as a sample to our local retail clients so they would order some sets. Well it’s served it’s purpose and now it’s gotta go. I’m selling it as a floor sample and although you might find this set at other local stores it won’t be anywhere near this price. It has the full premium leather package on all sides including the back and sides. Most people love the espresso color so I don’t imagine it staying around very long. Come in and fully inspect it prior to purchase you won’t be disappointed!

The same manufacturer also does tons of ottomans so if you need something to go with the set we’ve got them. I put a picture of one that I though looked nice with it. Buy the set and you can choose one of our big ottomans brand new for $175 extra. Keep in mind the set is premium leather, not the ottomans.
