Recommendations

• Before first use, the day before, it is necessary to submerge it for the whole night  in  lukewarm water.

• It is always necessary to cook at LOW  to MEDIUM heat only (never High).

• On a burner, use a heat diffuser.

• During baking, top up with lukewarm water and NOT cold.

•  Avoid any brisk temperature changes.
