The Learning Stone
How to "Hold on to what you learn."
Many children who have difficulties learning in school are tactile learners -- they learn best through touching. Yet learning in school is often taught primarily through their auditory and visual senses (listening to the teacher and looking at the board).
These children often need tactile stimulation to help them learn through their other senses. This means they may need something to touch while they are looking and listening. That's where this small, smooth stone can help. Your child should be allowed to handle the stone with one hand while listening, reading or writing, whether in school or at home.
The Learning Stone is small, easy to handle and quiet. The Learning stone comes with its own chain for easy attachment. Slip chain through a child's belt, belt loop or button hole so it is ready whenever learning, listening, reading or concentration is required.
The Learning Stone is included in The Breaking Free From ADHD program.
