Shipping
We will prepare all in-stock orders within 2-3 working days, after recieving your order.
If your order is available at the Center, you be contacted via Email to make arrangements for pick-up.

Back Orders:
You will be informed, VIA e-mail or phone if there is an outstanding back order for an item purchased, and the date the item will be available to ship to you with the expected arrival date. Any back orders may be cancelled before the ship date except for personalized items( i.e. special orders, alterations and etc).

Special Orders:
Same procedure as back order, however, if item on special order is NOT available, than a full credit will be issued for that special ordered item.
