Custom Dana 60 front axle shafts are chromoly 4340 with 35 spline axle.
High tensile strength chromoly is heat-treated twice to produce these heavy-duty axles that are up to 30% stronger.
Axles are machined to accept full circle clips.
Includes: 2 - outer axle stubs (GM or Ford), 2 - inner axles (1 - short, 1 - long).
The inner axles are custom ordered to your specific application for a length of up to 39" long. Specify the exact length you need and we cut and spline them just for you.
Inner axle shafts must be measured from center line of U-joint to the end of the shaft.
Double check your measurements and enter them into our system in the box below.
We do not recommend using specifications that manufacturers provide or publish.
These are custom length axles and not returnable.
Alloy USA 10 year "No questions asked" manufacturer's warranty.
You break it; you will get a new one!
Kit does not come with U-joints. (CTM's recommended)
