RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Bubbles...a
Unique Boutique does accept returns. Items returned within 7 days of purchase
qualify for exchange or your money back. Returns are not accepted for
lingerie/intimate apparel, damaged/used items, or any sale priced merchandise.
Please be aware that you will be required to pay your return freight. The
shipping cost for exchanges will be billed to your credit card upon shipment of
the exchange item(s).
Returns/Exchange Process
1) Please call
Bubbles...a Unique Boutique at 1-866-236-9003 and ask for the owner to authorize
a return. If the person is not available, please leave your name, number and
request a return authorization.
2) If the
return is authorized, you will be given an authorization number – please write
it down!
3) Address the
package to the attention of the owner. Please also write the authorization
number on the outside of the package clearly. We will not accept the package
without this information.
4) Please use a
shipping method that issues a tracking number for the package (UPS, FedEx,
Delivery Confirmation at USPS). Return freight will not be reimbursed.
5) Please
include the following information with the original receipt inside your return
package:
