The process for ordering online is fairly simple.

Find a local FFL dealer who is willing to do what is called a pass-through transfer. If you do not know of a dealer in your area you can find one here

Basically for a small fee they will go through the process of a background check and make sure that all federal, state, and local laws are satisfied. Local gun and outdoor sporting shops are likely FFL's. If you haven't found a dealer, we can send you a list of dealers in your local area. Your local dealer must send us a copy of their license information and shipping address. (Must be current FFL type 01 or 02 info and can be sent via mail, faxed or emailed). Once we receive your selected transfer dealer's information, we ship the firearm to that FFL. The dealer calls you and transfers the firearm to you. (Depending on the State, this may involve a background check, government filing fees, and fees from your dealer for the transfer service.) Any fees or taxes are your responsibility.
