This mobile design is long and narrow in height, a horizontal shape, good for rooms with lower ceilings. It has great points that look magically balanced. I even have a mobile like this outside my window. The wind tosses it but tangles very little. I love watching it turn and balance.

Modern Alloyd Stabile

Modern Allure Mobile
A beautiful mobile with a lot of movement. Each bar has a loop that gives 1/3 more distance in turning. Shapes are all different from each other small to large, and tilted slightly for underneath views. Nice hung in an outside garden.

Modern Animo Stabile
This is a stabile that was one that I saw a tail, head and body... therefore it must be an animal. Hence the name Animo. The top bar can be placed on the body two ways, making it a female animal, or a male animal, depends on how the circle dangle is hanging. LOL Tapping the tail will bob the head up and down.
This Animo stabile was chosen to be the Awards for MADA show 2008, Kemper Art Museum, KS.

Modern Bluefish Mobile
A fun modern fish mobile. Notice the one fish going the other way! That's ME! I just don't do as the others do, I like to think I am a bit different and I go my own way. Modern Foleus Mobile
This mobile is a Calder type looking mobile for me. I never copy Calder, but I am inspired! This design was picked by Dwell magazine as Modern Product of the week (see Press). Very exciting to be noticed. This mobile was hanging out my window when I named it, reminds me of the green foliage, very plant and leaf / flower like, blowing in the wind. I also like things that are organic... it has that flavor too!

Modern Futuro Stabile
This a retro styled stabile, that comes in various sizes. It has been the trophy for a design award. The fun C shaped base I did not only reminds me of a boomerang shape...but also a C... for Calder. Modern GuyPod Stabile
This stabile is a bit different than my other stabiles. The base is mainly stainless steel. The top of the base is the head, and the petals are the arms. Kind of different, yes... silly a bit, but really fun to look at. Goes well with modern furniture.

Modern i-Mod Mobile
I mod, you mod, we all mod! This was one of my first experimental mobiles that used recycled petals. It is a great idea, but colors were limited. So then I got a new plastic that turned out fantastic, kid-friendly, non toxic and made in Germany. Plus lots of colors. It was also the first mobile I made that came in different sizes. A funny name, but a lot of times when naming my work I look at it and words just pop up, like it is telling me it's name. Crazy, but sure helps when it comes to names and titles! This stabile is a bit different than the other stabiles, the base has three connecting pieces instead of two like most. And I always seem to want to have a center dangle! Kind of silly I guess.

Planets Mobile
This is a very unique planet / science mobile. You have a choice 8 planets, or 9 planets. Scientist say Pluto is no longer a planet of our solor system, but many people like to still think so! Then peole wanted colors. So then I got into colored plastics. Which in the recycled world I only had blacks and an orangy brown.
